All Time Hustler Legends_who's a gambler that risks it all
Most gamble, and to a some degree their gamble relative to their net worth.
Texas Mike - runs closet to busto on blasting, if not already. Guys not worth a ton...
Keating- he blasts but I'm thinking he's got some liquidity.
Eric Persson- major blaster seems to be too injured to stay in action. But I read he was 9 figures.
Thomas- crazy action but he could be super loaded so maybe he's not really gambling.
We've seen tons and tons of players take a shot and then disappear, from Nik Airball to others.
On the other end of the spectrum is Stanley. Wealthy, not worried and risking a small percentage of their net worth.

Persson owns multiple casinos, he’s buying in with the rake other players pay he’s never going busto.
Keating imo is advertising and probably cleans up in private games. The ridiculous string of prop bets with Neymar is a perfect example, he earned his invite to the rich soccer player game with that and that’s got to be worth way more than all the money on the table was.
Wait so how does the rich soccer player game work?

When it comes to legendary gamblers who risked it all, Archie Karas stands out—turning $50 into $40 million, only to lose it all. Another icon is Amarillo Slim, famous for betting on anything and cementing his status as a gambling legend. These risk-takers show that in gambling, fortunes can swing dramatically!
solid first shill
how do you know what Texas Mike is worth?
Maybe he is almost busto- he wouldn't be the first to go busto playing too big. But what inside info do you have?
At his last appearance he 3b(1,5k) and snap call 4b AI (20k) with 72o for fun like it was play money. IMO he doesn't look and behave like someone 'who is almost busto'.
I saw on reddit TM owns a box company
The fact that Texas Mike has 2 bracelets is proof that poker is a joke and 99% about running good.
probably ollie or reza

Slim personally told me and two others how he & Benny Binion beat the “quail a day for thirty days” challenge. I told it to his co-author and it went in his book.
Before Slim there was Titanic Thompson. Bobby Riggs is also worth reading about.
But Archie is number one by a zillion light years. Nobody else in the same universe. And he actually started with five bucks in loose change. Went to the pool hall, then a 4-8 game, then a small donkament, then the craps game at BinionÂ’sÂ…

It's proof that most poker players don't know what playing bad looks like. It's better to play very loose and very aggressive, poorly, than it is to play tight and fit or fold poker poorly like most badregs do.

Both Texas Mike and Keating come from infinite wealth, a quick google search shows you they're trust fund babies.

Both styles are clearly losing over time but if you are a sunrunner the first style will allow you to profit massively while the second style will only give you small results.
So yea, if you are going to sunrun playing loose and aggro is better

Which means they’re not “hustler legends who risk it all” in any way shape or form lmao.
I once bet my last $700 on a literal coin flip. I am texting my biographer right now to start referring to me as Maximum Murph.
