but I thought he's paying you 40k back to be quiet your post made perfect sense until you added the part where he offered you 40k back after all you did was make this post and had 4 replies? this threads not even big yet and 2+2 is dead few people in the poker community even read it. There's no logical reason for someone who scammed you to give the money back because of the very small amount of pressure on them in this thread. Which makes me question if their is another motive. your either lying or being mislead. plz don't disrespect the intelligence of poker players k thanks were out here going full on detective busting a bot ring every other week.

This is sus whats your end goal here why do you want to know his location while posting his picture? Its ok to expose a scammer but why would you need his location (because you apparently knew it anyway)

You claimed to have returned to Canada on a flight. Why would you need to know his location? Your on the other side of the world and its clear the Thailand police wont do anything. This also does not look like a very good telegram profile picture

I read it as it was someone who tried to mediate/be helpful and not necessarily anyone who was involved in any way. Would be kinda weird if no one reached out / he didnt reach out himself yet. Surely if the guy regularly hosts games and been around for like 15+ years you would expect people to come and defend him.

How do you know about the last part, for a 15+ year player who hosts games regularly I would be surprised if he couldn't get tons of vouches.

Someone pointed out that Cos/= aln_the_kid. He just had him as his avatar. Think OP should actually provide some proofs at this point

Some friends of cos (that are very well known fwiw) reached out to me with some good alibi. Cos was not in cambodia during those dates and also not in Bangkok. The OP doesnt seem to be a real person, not sure if im supposed to share the most likely theory so will refrain from it.

Think people should report the thread and have it removed.

I have been to that Poker room and know the host for 15 years+. A lot of people and myself who have been involved with them over this time can vouch that he is 100% legit. This is just some salty ass post of a competitor in the Bangkok scene and needs to be deleted. The part when the host supposedly speaks to the guy on the plane via phone is just omegalul 😃D

This seems very easy to verify. OP claims they made crypto transactions verifiable on the blockchain. Provide addresses/times verifying transaction in order to corroborate the story.

Many things stood out too me, but I talk to Cos reguarly for while on telegram and hes had the same telegram pic since Covid iirc and its not even a picture of him. That telegram profile pic story is bullshit

I have done multplie financial transactions with Cos. Never any issues. Hes been in the poker world for a long ass time. Haven't heard anything negative regarding him.

edit: So yeah i just talked to Cos. He denied everything, All 100% false and He can very easily prove he wasnt in Cambodia "from 16 August till 12 September" as OP claims he met him there.

ya of course no one is putting their face on a telegram channel where they run illegal games. its ridiculous live poker is illegal in Thailand. tell your boy cos if he has any outstanding debts to be careful out there because this poster asked for his current location

Posting as long time Bangkok + Macau reg and 10+ year close friend of Cos.

I spoke to Cos yesterday to try and clear this up and it was quite easily provable that every part of this story was made up.

Cos sent me a video showing every page of his passport last night and there are no entry or exit stamps to Cambodia in the past two years. I have also seen photos from his phone showing his face and social events at locations not in Cambodia on those dates. I also saw accounting from the game in question and there were no entries for the numbers OP claims.

As others have also said the picture included was never a telegram display picture, but an old Facebook profile picture.

The story and accusations are ridiculous in many other ways and this post also reads remarkably similarly to another 2+2 thread made about Rungood club in Bangkok. Both seem like fan fiction with no evidence provided, likely to damage the reputation of those games to current or future players.

I would suggest to mods they take down this post if actual evidence isnÂ’t provided.

A locally cached Telegram profile picture wouldn't be such a large resolution or of such high quality. So many inconsistencies. Thankfully OP is a terrible liar.

I know for a _fact_ that both Rungood and Pokerbirds/Titanpoker have scammed players ie not paid out winnings.

Sasha poker house is the only one who players in the know say they trust.

If city has 3 ug games running, 2/3 which are known to scam players, its pretty solid advice to recommend not to play there?

Hey this is Jason Mo, carrycakes on stars former nosebleed NL player and still do quite a bit of poker staking, wanted to confirm that this thread is completely fabricated. While i don't know the details of this poker game or if Cos is even involved I can hard vouch for Cos, I have done plenty of business with him over the years and can confirm he is quite trustworthy and there is no chance he would ruin his reputation over cheating a relatively low stakes game.

The mods here should make a note in the OP so people don't read the first post in this thread or close this thread entirely and assume its true. Its a joke that a completely random unknown newly registered account can make threads here like this that include doxing an indivudal without any merit or proof of its legitmacy.
