Poll: Most memorable Johnny Chan scene in Rounders?
Got in a discussion about poker popularity and the Limit vs. No-Limit debate.

Someone replied that the "famous Chan bluff scene" was LIMIT. So that gave me the idea for this.

Nothing can beat EuroRounders, but I still think this has potential...

How about the scene where he tells the dealer to scramble the f***ing cards, then loses the hand, throws his cards at the dealer, calls the dealer a c***sucker, asks for a setup, tells the dealer to use the shuffle machine, then not use the shuffle machine, then use the shuffle machine, then scramble the cards, then loses the hand, then tells the dealer to suck his d***.
Wait a minute, that scene wasn't in the movie, that was real life. I always get the two confused.
Also, Chan folding to MikeÂ’s 5bet, because the next hand of LHE Chan folds after being 5bet will be the first one.

They're trying to goad me, trying to own me. But this isn't a gunfight. It's not about pride or ego. It's limit hold'em.. I can leave now, enjoying the positive variance of a sun run against unsustainable rake. That's the sane play. I told Worm you can't lose much playing limit. But you can't win much either.
Chan secretly tapes Mike banging Petra and blackmails him into telling him whether or not he “had it”.

Yeah. I didn't want to tell you while you were in there.
I didn't want you to get froze like that.
The Mike versus Chan scene doesn't make sense. That isn't how you make a move in limit holdem. Now Chan is a grinder like Mike, but Seidel is still a top tournament player.
