Chino Rheem SCUM part two (more scams)

Chino Rheem SCUM part two (more scams)

Hello all,
Firstly, let me introduce myself since I rarely post on here. My name is Will Molson and my pokerstars alias is molswi47. It is unfortunate that I have to write my first long post on 2+2 with this warning to everyone. I feel bad that I delayed sharing this story for so long and missed an opportunity to warn others after recently seeing Ben Lamb's and others get screwed over by Chino. I am going to try and make this short and to the point.

The incident occurred last year at ept london. My friend brought chino into our room to hang out and play some online. This was the first time I met him but obviously knew about him from all his tv appearances and from seeing him playing all the big tournaments. It was towards the end of the trip and there was only the turbo high roller left on the schedule. He claimed that he needed stars money so he can directly buy in to the event and would swap ftp money in return. He also says that his boy Michael Mizrachi needs the same hook up and tells me, after calling him, that I will be getting a xfer from the grinder on ftp for the both of them. This is after him shipping the players championship and final tabling the main, so I obviously thought that there would be nothing fishy about this transaction.

I agree to this and ship 20k to him and 20k to grinder so that they can buy in in the morning. Xfer doesn't go through because it was the first time I would be xfering to their accounts and stars support was busy. Tournament is about to start so I have to go the stars desk and ask them if they can manually allow the xfer to go through. They get the money - everything is all good. I bust and later that day I see stars shipped 40k to both of them instead of 20k each. They made a new 20k xfer and after that was processed the other xfer was then able to then go through they tell me. I'm then make a big scene at the desk but they say they can't do anything.

I get on my flight back to Canada later on that day and get home to see that Chino has come 3rd in the event for 150k. I text both of them to see if they got double the planned amount and both of them confirm this with me. So I think all is good lol - but nah. Grinder ships me back the 40k and says I never agreed to vouch or send for Chino. Chino then becomes very hard to get a hold of and is making all these excuses as to why he hasn't shipped on tilt yet. After weeks and weeks of trying to get my money I finally get a text from his saying I'm broke and I can't get you the money... lol wtf? Dude, you cashed in the event I got you into for 150k and you don't have the courtesy to ship back asap? Grinder texts me and says he can't do anything and that he's gotten Chino out of these holes in the past but is done with it now. Chino still "owes" me 40k almost a year later. I put that into parentheses because he flat out stole from me and it's at the point where I don't expect to see my money back. He flat out stole from me and had no intention of swapping ftp money with me. I waited awhile to out this mainly because I thought there would be a better chance seeing the money if I kept it low key for awhile and gave him time.
Glad I got this off my chest - off to play day one of epic poker league now. I will defs be letting Chino know, if I see him (he qualified for event), that his already battered rep in the poker world just got a whole lot worse. **** been hitting the fan past few days in the poker world. Hopefully this isn't overshadowed by the other scandals and this story gets the proper exposure it should.

Seems he’s now sober, and friends with everyone - all the household name mtt pros he seems cool with, has he paid everyone back? Enjoying following his IG WSOP stories hope it isn’t a grift.

These people change and right all their wrongs? That would be something.

Short-stacked Brian Smith gets in an all-in pot for his last 4.5 BBs with Men and Steve Foutty each holding AK. Smith rivers a 5 to triple up, while the two larger stacks chop. Between Smith's starting stack plus the dead money, he should have about t15 million, or 15 BB. Smith was celebrating around the table, and by the time he returned to his seat, the tourney was getting ready for a break. That's when he noticed he was about 4 BBs short.

This is where it gets a little weird... the floor consult the security camera footage and determine that Smith was indeed shorted: by t1 million from each player. Poutty and Nguyen give another t1 million to Smith, which still leaves him 2BB short. (I seem to recall hearing that Poutty protested the deduction, but I can't find where I saw that.)

A bystander who captured video of Smith celebrating also caught some other issues: the dealer did not pull Men's chips in for the side pot. But more damning is that he also captured Men pulling some of the pot back toward him before the floor staff comes in to help count out the pots.

Men had both players covered, so it does stand to reason some of his chips will come back his way no matter what. But a) the fact that he starts pulling his chips toward him before the pots are counted is iffy unto itself, and b) the fact that it's Men puts a huge air of stink over the situation.

from the outside looks like he's in a much better spot these days but 0 clue about what debts are still open or not. would be happy for him (and i guess the community in general) if he has truly turned it around.

There's nothing 'confirm' on the street of course .. but he's been chummy with DNegs for quite a few years now and I'm assuming that DNegs wouldn't attach himself to Chino even with just comments unless he felt things in the poker world were 'fine'.

Chino has played very well in the PokerGo studio tournaments but got scalped pretty good in the HSP sessions. Is DNegs rolling him? Who knows, but DNegs is always very talkative with him in the Vlogs and has drafted him in at least the last two WSOP drafts I think. Are the other draft teams avoiding Chino on their teams? Not sure, I didn't watch this year's draft. GL

A guy got shorted 4 mil.
Men is involved.
You don't even need to see the video to know what happened. Scumbag cheater cheated.

The fact he's allowed to play is a joke.

And somehow with video they couldn't get it right. Amazing.

Yeah, I want to see what they saw. For all of the hints, allegations, rumors, speculation, conjecture, and scuttlebutt, I was really hoping we would at last have something definitive on Men.

Incidentally, the controversy is the topic of this video. Haven't watched it, I need to get into a spot where I watch and listen for a bit:

Also, it seems like this entire Men The Master derail should be moved to the WSOP thread.

Just watched the above 22mins into the vid fyi

I dont get how there is a mistake anyways, surely the shorter stack knows how much he had
and surely the 3 rd player knows how much he had, and men had 25.5 mill or something?

surely one of them can do simple maths here. and just see whos got what after the pot is split.

Anyways i think Men nearly apologises in the video, but i kinda also feel it wasnt deliberate 😃 or maybe it was who knows.

Not trying to victim blame but dude over-celebrated and trusted a WSOP dealer to "right" the pot. Nguyen knew what he was doing, he's played long enough. There's really nothing else to say. IF video evidence was available, the tournament should've paused, and it should be corrected, imo.

Sure he didn't help but it's like someone going through a bad neighborhood flaunting cash and jewelry. If you have someone robbing them on video you arrest that person even though the victim should have been smarter.

The biggest joke is a known long time cheater being allowed to play in the first place.

I wasn't sure what to think about this incident. Men clearly cheated, but the other guy was happy that he won a pot. Thankfully, after thinking of the victim as someone flaunting jewlery that could be smarter and Men as a robber in a bad neighborhood, I was able to develop an opinion.

How about Brian acts like he's been there before, especially when there is a known cheater at his table AND IN THE HAND! Protect your hand at all times which means at the showdown and watch the dealer make the pot and the side pot correctly. Don't run around the room braying like a donkey and turn your back on the action when there is big money at stake.

Chino Rheem probable studied Men's skullduggery.

He hasn't been there before though.
He got excited when hes probably deeper in a big event then he's ever been and it looks like he was about to be eliminated.

How about the dealer who is getting paid to be there does their job right?

How about the floor uses the cameras and basic math and gets it right?

How about a scumbag cheater isn't allowed at wsop.

When I've played with Men I know he's a piece of garbage who will cheat.im super careful with him. When he calls a bet I'll even make the dealers break down he stacks. But a lot of players, especially younger players have no idea who he is. My guess is Brian had no clue.

My biggest question is why is a confirmed cheater like men allowed to play in the first place
