Not entirely sure but by looking at some numbers:
+2.5m on stars cg during statname era, also excl rakeback and not his all time sample on stars. Likely also a lot more considering it doesnt track zoom and historically plo regs made a lot of money playing 2k zoom/500 zoom and 5k hu zoom with the chinese clown
+20m allegedly on coin give or take.
+1.5-2m ish in mtts on stars/gg/wpn
+1m something on 69k hands on statname at acr, once again likely to be a lot more. Would imagine acr has been a very succesful room for him, back a few years ago there was way less endbosses on there. You could also see the date a account was registered and his was back in 2009. Hard to miss the times he had 500-1m stacks on rathole tables. He also opensits these tables which I do think means a lot of regs have tried playing him and lost. I hate to guess a random number here but less than coin and significantly more than stars would be my guess.

His hendon says 7m winnings, this number is also likely high since asfaik he used to mainly play cash on the live tour and he plays a few events here and there. It's limited how much he could have in buyins here so likely a couple mil. No clue about cash winnings but since he seemingly has the hand of midas and is one of very few endbosses/big online plo winners that bother with cash I would assume good results as well.
This is excluding random app games and other big sites. Presumably he would have done very well on party considering he is one of very few regs that loves to play deep stacked and those games used to be 100bb buyins. It seems unlike anyone can top his online winnings at least, if you include live I don't think he is the biggest winner.
Regarding if he is the GOAT or not I would say no personally. I'm not even sure he has ever been considered top 3 in any format ever. Guys like Linus, berri and thuritz are people that come to mind that have been top #1 for a very long time in multiple formats. Linus has likely been the best overall NL player for close to 10 years despite there being a public course on exploiting him and people been studying his game forever. If there were to be a hall of fame in online poker he is how ever one of the first names I can think of that decides to be in there.
Think multiple HS scene guys have said that Bujtas is probably the biggest winner of all time.
Dude is definitely very good, but what stands out is that he is absolutely fearless, plays super loose, which gets him so much action. Whales probably love playing him and have lost unimaginable sums to him.
Also watching those hand histories is so much fun, hope those keep coming.
