EPT Barcelona 2024

There are some rumors that the tax law that spain enacted last year is gonna be in effect this year.
I've heard from some friend's friends who contacted pokerstars that they themselves confirmed the tax would be in effect. Does anybody know more about it, have any proofs that we are ****ed for this years EPT?
