I played Poker with Mason Malmuth. He had no idea who I was.

I later had a friend introduce me to him. I'm still pretty sure he had no idea who I was.

I give up.

Who are/were you ?

I give up

Well I have played against 2 somewhat poker celebrities, both were former WSOP main event Champions. One was Tom McEvoy and the other was the late Bill Smith. Both had their quirks. McEvoy used to play in games around Vegas in the 80's and he would always wear his Cowboy hat and carry a briefcase to the games which contained the poker books he wrote; I assume to sell and autograph them at the table. He really played up being a former world champion poker player to the max.

I played against Bill Smith at the final table of one of the daily poker tournaments they used to have at the Gold Coast casino when they still had a poker room. TJ Cloutier (aka TJ Cookier), who played against Doyle Brunson, Chip Reese, and Stu Unger, said that after 2 beers Bill Smith was the best player he ever played against and after 4 beers Smith was the worse player he ever played against. Cloutier said whenever he saw Smith walk with a little skip in his step that he knew he was gone (in other words he was at the 4 beer stage). I have to admit that I did witness the little skip in Smith's walk when he went to the restroom. Sad to say I got knock out of the final table in 4th place while Smith was still in, so in my experience he was still a decent player even though he was probably at the 4+ beer stage.

I played with Vince Vaughn in the media event at the 2022 WSOP. It was a freeroll, so no, it wasn't high stakes.

I also played with Vince at the Bike like 20 years ago. I was 19 and it was great, being a big fan of swingers. He was a super nice and respectful dude and him and I sat next to each other and chatted about being from the Midwest.

Oddly Favreu and Kaylen Kato were there at the same time.

No but I did meet Greg Raymer( Fossilmam) while getting a sandwich at the deli at Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg Indiana years ago. He was playing in a lower limit ( $500 buy-in) rebuy that day and I was playing a seniors (50+) event that day. He was a really nice guy.
