Robert Mizrachi Has Owed Me 55k for Over Two Years
Robert Mizrachi owes me the following debts from 2023.
House Of Spades (HOS) Club GG-23,690
OFC debt - $31,115
Paypal that was never refunded -$1262
Payment made by Robert since 2 years ago- one single payment of $300
Total debt-$55,767
In 2023, at one point I was owed over 60k by Robert Mizrachi, who was my agent from House Of Soades GG Club. We ended up playing Omaha Hi-Low heads up where we basically agreed that in case I win, half of the winnings would be paid in chips in a different club and the other half would be added to the already existing debt. Ultimately, he won exactly 33,813 and those chips were deducted from my account in HOS. I ended losing some and my HOS balance dropoed to 23,690 with rakeback included. The ganes stopped and the last time I ever played in that club was in mid 2023.
Robert and I also played various OFC matches in early to mid 2023 where he untimately lost 31,115, which he still owes. Lastly, I sent 1262 in paypal to an email he provided and I never got that refunded nor paid anyhow.
Robert Mizrachi’s Henom Mob shows that he constanlty plays many tournaments, yet he always claims that he is busted and broke as an excuse to not pay.
He promised to make monthly payments but obviously he did not flow through. Enough time has passed by and I I hope this debt gets settled asap. I would have preferred to have settled this privatel. I offered many opoortunities and have been very patient, but there is a limit to this. The last messages I sent him were plainly ignored.

I was commenting on something that YOU brought up which has zero to do with what RM may owe from this app game. That's how forums work.

I'd say giving out those fake vaccine cards was a positive, not a negative. As far as hanging with Rheem, it seems most high stakes players associate with him just fine. not like an outcast.
Does seems like a good time to make this public if true, maybe his brother will pay off the debt then work something out with his brother. Since Mike has plenty of extra cash now. He's not obligated, but it's worth a shot.
I want to make it clear and provide evidence that Robert Mizrachi does owe me. Not only that, but he stated that if I were to out him that he would not pay me.

Last year Robert Mizrachi got first place in the 10k Mixed games WSOP tournament for $333k and had many cashes in other tournaments. Based on his hendon mob just last year he had $543, 952 in tournament cashes. Not once did I receive a payment during 2024. This year he has a total of $148, 238 and I got $300 payment, which is all I have gotten in more than two years.

All I get is the excuse that he has no money, yet it his tournament track record, which does not include his cash game record, indicates the opposite.
This guys is totally a scammer. He also tried to sue Natasha and Jason Mercier and he goes around trying to hustle and scam people. This is nonsense. He doesn’t even post his name because he’s just trying to get money out of me
I also have a text message from him months ago where he tries to get me to go to Mexico and count cards in blackjack. So he’s prob trying to get me killed knowing I’m battling a very bad health problem now. he’s broke because he scams people and karma got to him. He also uses solvers and doesn’t play by the rules. You can google his name Fernando Rosas he just tries to get money out of poker players. He was unsuccessful with Jason. be careful with this guy and never play him poker or chinese ever. ya if you out someone for owing you money you definitely have to be willing to say who you are or you can just be some random scammer/attack dog. if he's not willing this thread is silly I assume its not that hard to fake a text message.

I dont know either party to this but op has posted his name many times on here. His name is Fernando Rosas.
It doesn't seem to be in contention that Robert lost and that he send the text messages above. Otherwise I would have to assume he would have said so when he came into the thread.
It seems like other people that have played op have taken the cheating allegations levelled against him in the past as a card blanche not to pay their debts to him.
Personally it strikes me the wrong way to not pay a debt based on an unproven allegation.
This doesn't say anything about Fernando being guilty or not but it speaks to the character of the person not paying his debt.
