Unprofessional Dealer/Premature River

Unprofessional and unqualified dealers that engage players in random conversation, will always lead to crucial mistakes!

10/04/2025- Hard Rock Tampa (3am):
An unqualified dealer that would rather crack jokes than control the game cost me 300$-? dollars!
-5-way to the flop (50$ in pot)
-Flop 10c8h5h
-Check to button (he bets 20)
3 players call as do I w/ Pocket 4's and 1 b4 the Button (who is short stacked).
-Turn comes 4s (I have set)
-Checks around to me and b4 I can even set the check/raise trap, Dealer burned and turned as I'm yelling for him to "STOPPPP"!
-J of Clubs SHOULD have been the river!
Ie- I win 300+
-Button bets 20- I raise he goes all in.
-Jack of Hearts give him flush he wins 300+$ I lose 80% of my stack and 300$ dollar pot!

**3 WEEKS of top sets in HUGE hands getting sucked out!
I FINALLY WIN A FKN RACE AND STILLLLLL CANT FKN WIN!

IMO if im that dealer, I find the player and offer some type of payment!!
Any dealers out there? And how they've felt (hoping u never been this incompetent) and what they did?!
