I would have cbet the flop, bet more than 1/2 pot on turn.

Not much you can do on river if 44 doesn't fold, other than bet smaller than you did bc I doubt I fold tptk with this board.

This dude is not a LAG, but dead money, and if you ever play him again you'll probably make it all back.

Bet turn larger to target lower kings. Nothing else is paying you on this board.

Or 44 apparently. :p

C-betting flop IP here is better. Turn and river look good. It's pretty clear why you called the river, as his action makes no sense and def looks more like some busted draw than anything. I don't hate the call, but it's a lot to stack off w/ on TPTK that early.

Wow that player had his mind made up to go all the way preflop! Horrible play but wow! Thanks for sharing.
I wonder what % more do you get by seeing 5 cards vs just the flop with a PP to hit a set anyways?

I agree about c-betting, especially on that very dry flop with the 2 best over cards.

Villain's call and call preflop are OK with 44. Hard for him to call the turn though.

The flop is dry, but middle cards are not ideal for a cbet. I don't mind cbet or check.

I beleive the flop was checked around. So V must have thought there were a lot of big As in H's range when that very dry flop was checked around. So V then could have thought that the K on turn was a good card for V to bet with all of his big As, not just AK; and he will peel planning to fold to a river bet, but win a lot when it's checked down. Once V peels the turn, the river is bingo.

In the games I play betting ~AQ repping a K against 2 people in a spot like this would be a miserable mistake. Maybe different at higher stakes.

Yeah. Thought this was heads up; missed the other player that came along.

To echo everyone else, c-bet flop even if it's a little a uncomfortable multi-way. There's quite a few good turn cards for you, and if you brick, it's not like you'll lose any more chips
