Simple question on optimal CB sizing on mexican live MTT

Mexican MTT 300usd buy in.

100bb deep early stage
Unknown guy to the small community, on his 30's, open limps UTG
Hero on MP AKo opens 3.5x
Only open limper calls
AQx tt, UTG checks

What should be the correct sizing given the info?
3.5x pre optimal?

I would likely go with 6 bb's (6x). The flop hits our range hard and not really the limper.

Pre-flop I would have raised to 4.5 bb's (4.5x).

I don't understand the "tt" does it mean there is a flush draw? Wouldn't change anything for me but it could mean we get c/r'd some of the time.

Anyway, buena suerte. Turns out I am in Mexico right now. Where was the tournament?

Rick, I think "tt" means two tone (flush draw) though I could be wrong.

I meant tt for two-toned, yeah.
This was at Palace Poker Series, CDMX.

Early in a tournament, the raises tend to be large. I would make it 5x at a limper, but 3.5x is not a big error.

3.5 is fine, this deep I might go to 4.

Really I don't think any c-bet size is particularly wrong as long as you follow it up correctly, but with the strength of our hand and the board I'm inclined to a larger sizing. 2/3, 3/4, maybe even pot or an overbet depending on how wide the limper is gonna call the flop.
