Should this hand be a call given the ICM considerations?

Hi all,

A friend of mine was playing a tournament last night. It's the final table with 9 players and 6 getting paid. Payouts are as follows:

1. $1850
2. $1000
3. $600
4. $400
5. $265
6. $150

Blinds are 5k/10k with a 10k BBA.

Stack sizes are as follows:

400k, 350k, 300k, 290k, 260k, 240k, 190k, 130k, 115k.

UTG+1 (130k) limps for 10k, folds to Lojack who jams for 115k. It folds to the BB who has 300k and pocket nines. What is the correct ICM play?
