I would jam the flop.
As played I like the jam because you have 0% Fold Equity, though you could be facing a bigger flush. SB can have a straight, two pair, 55, etc. It looks like nobody has a flush draw especially AXs because the flop and turn checked through. Also, calling won't win you more because it looks like nobody will call behind you.

Yeah let's jam this flop may as well be a gin flop for you with your stack size, as played it's pretty much impossible not to fold river, but to jam? That could be debatable, what else is he calling you with after the way the hand is played? Again I don't think it really matters much given the stack sizes.
I totally understand, Villain was playing like an idiot before that and called and went all-in with junks. So I guess I felt I needed to go All-in. I think I should have gone on the flop maybe.
