Should I have folded?

Should I have folded?

Hey guys! Newbie here, been playing in and out for some years and have some knowledge already but I just really started to take the game seriously and study a couple of weeks ago, I am new here so sorry if I explain something bad, feel free to dive in and tell me how bad I am.

I need help to review this spot I found myself today that got me eliminated from the spectacular 1$ deep stack tournament on Pokerstars.

The tournament is played 6 handed.

The field is around 90 left out of 700, we are in the money trying to build a castle for the final table.

The action is all pre-flop.

1- LJ folds.

2- HJ (15bb) moves all-in.
This guy just sat down so I have no read in him.

3- CO (150bb) calls.
Chipleader who I seen making some agressive loosey plays before, not afraid to go after pots.

4- BTN folds.

5- SB (50bb) looks down at the ladies QQ.
Hero(wow where's my cape?) moves all-in.

6- BB(70bb) folds.

7- CO calls.

HJ had KK; CO had ATo;

The runout was 87396, CO wins the pot.

So... Should I have folded queens?

Specially with a player left behind to act?
I had a read on the BB guy that he was really tight and not the all-in call kind of guy so I was not worried about him so much, expected to be ahead of most of the range of the CO guy, if I lost to the HJ I would still have a healthy stack.

What would you have done in this situation? Any other considerations are very welcomed, thank you!

You got in QQ vs. AT and lost, nothing to see here.

The cutoff's call caps his range. He would probably raise the really strong pairs, so you have to figure you are ahead.

Also, the HJ's shove with a short stack from late position can be a pretty wide range. Most of the time you have him beat.

Just unlucky.
