During the tourment in GG poker, I had a mistake on river. But I want to know what is exactly GTO.

I don't know what's exactly GTO according to a solver-- you'll have to do that work yourself-- but I don't think you really did anything wrong here.
With the Qd in hand you can probably bet smaller on the flop, and bet-calling the turn is probably not wrong after that. That's probably closer to optimal, but I don't have a problem with your play.

Right now I didn’t have any tool for analysis of GTO.
CO shows the Aces.
And yeah, your play seems fine. We want to get value from the lower aces and can't assume we're beat by the flush with the Ad on board and holding the Qd.

Yeah, I had a feeling the way you described your hand. I don't think that means you misplayed it, though. Going to the flop you have a little more than 1 SPR effective, and flop top pair with the effective top kicker (since AK is always 4-bet jamming pre). And you have an ace, which means he has to have exactly the other two aces (though he could have 88 and maybe a few diamond combos). I don't think there's much you can do; just unfortunate he has better.
I would shove the turn.
CO's play is weird. Some people have to slow play. CO should just shove preflop, which you should call with almost all of your range.
Obviously hand is just bad luck. If possible don't post stuff like this.

Basically, I want to know what is my mistake this spot. but you mean this is spaceial case so it is not necessary to discuss it.
I wonder that why you think you would shove the turn.
Your 3b sizing pre is really bad given the opponents stack size - would 3b much smaller to give some illusion that you could fold to his jam. On the flop I'd go smaller - 25k might be the way to go. On the turn as played just jam it in
This is just a cooler and you are supposed to go broke here. If you arent going broke here then you are missing a ton of value vs most of villains range. Theres a few things on the margins (3bet size and flop cbet size) that will increase your overall EV but its not a blunder.
Villain actually played this like a solver would. Pure call with AA and basically pure call with KK PF. Even checking back the turn with top set despite the 3 flush out there.
