Push AI with 22 on the BTN with 16 BB?
Vs are loose passive, limping even this late in the tournament. V’s stacks are between 20 and 60 BB. Hero is the effective stack with 16 BB.
Three limps. Folds to hero with 22. Hero?

Are we in the $? Near the bubble?
Stage matters.
Unless the first limper is trappy/and or call happy, this is probably plus chip ev.
But...if you have players who are stubborn and will call you with small pairs, this is obviously a disaster.
Only you were there and give us some insight to what their limp ranges look like, and whether they'd be getting their money in with bad pairs
Hero is on the BTN.
Nine players remaining. Payouts are not yet determined but something like 100-200-300-500-1,000, it's always rigged.
I don't understand how payouts are not determined when there are 9 players left. The only way I can see this happening is if registration is still open. That means this is almost like an SNG. Also, I don't think I would be playing in a game that's "always rigged". What do you mean by that?
Anyway, I fold here if any of the really large stacks have limped -- especially if the first limper has a large stack.
I prefer limping to go set mining than jamming but I will sometimes fold if SB or BB have been raising in the blinds.
I would jam with Ax type hands because we block AA...
I would limp, but that is marginal. You have decent immediate odds, but not good implied odds because you are short.
This seems like a bad hand to shove, because people like to limp small pps and might call with one.
