I don't think you left chips out there. I was a very scary runout as lots of draws got there, and you really don't have a hand where you are confident about getting value on the river with the SPR being played.
I probably try to x/r flop; but don't think the lead of 3.5 BBs is bad. I do think V's play was not standard with KT off there going 6 ways to the flop.
I like the flop bet sizing.
On the turn I would bet about 10 bb rather than check. Nothing got there except for QT which we partially block and a flush draw started. But we are giving a free card to any straight draws especially gutters.
Turns out it you made more by checking because CO thinks you have a small pair and bets out whereas he might have folded thinking you have a Q. But he bets out small and for some reason calls the c/r.
On the river where flush and straight draws get there I like the check call. If you block bet and he raises large its a tough call.
