AQo with 22bb from LJ
Mid-tourney, 500 out of 3000 left, 360 paid. I’m in AQo in HJ with approx 22bb. In couple of seconds blinds rise 33% and I’ll be effective 18bb. Shove or R/C? If R/C, to one shover or two also?

Avg stack about 30bb at current blinds level
Raise-call. If you shove you'll only get called by a relatively tight range that you're not in great shape against. Many weaker hands that you're in great shape against can rejam over your raise.
If a player shoves and a second player shoves over the top you've got to evaluate the specific situation. I'm usually calling as AQ is just strong enough ~20 bb deep. But you are close enough to the bubble that there are starting to be ICM effects so it might be close. If you were right on the bubble in that scenario AQo would be a pretty clear fold.
Other specifics matter too. If the first player to re-shove has a much bigger stack, for example 60 BB and then another 60 bb stack shoves over the top I'm folding as their ranges will be much stronger (especially the second player's). Also if I have a read that they're generally nitty I might fold.

Thank you. Couple ppl called me, I missed the flop and as they started betting post flop, I folded. Couple hands later when the blinds rose I was dealt AJo from UTG and I shoved 17bb effective, which I’m also not happy about

Yeah that happens. It hurts to bleed off chips in that way at a shorter stack depth, which is why we're opening a relatively tight range. AQo is just good enough to open though.
The AJo hand is one I also would have opened to a min-raise. If someone rejams though it seems close. I would rely on any reads I had as to whether to call a jam but would mostly be raise-folding.
There should be some minor ICM effects due to the approaching bubble, and it's probably close without ICM considerations.

Shove (actually it was a call of my jam) would be from cutoff

Standard open. There's no reason to shove at this depth from this position, ever.

It's close. It would depend on my thoughts on the CO's shoving range. If it looks like AQ+ 88+ then it's a fold. If they're shoving in suited broadways / ATs then it's a call.

As some general advice, I think you need to work on your fundamentals. I don't want to discourage you from posting here, but it seems a number of your posts involve being either unclear on what your preflop ranges should be, or being very uncomfortable postflop, such that you panic-jam hands like the AJo pre or the QQ on the A-high flop. Some basic study of preflop ranges and of postflop lines on certain boards with certain ranges would go a long way to improving your game.
