Stage of the tournament matters a lot. At what point do these hands take place?
You don't tell us what you have in hand 2, either. That said, raising 2.6x off that stack is pretty much never correct.
Hand 3 seems like a clear fold at any stage once the second player calls off all-in. It might be a call against just one of them in the earlier stages of the tournament.
Hand 1: I would shove most of the time here except if we are near the bubble or on the bubble and there are some very short stacks left. Similarly if we have large pay increases in the money and there is a very very short stack then I probably just limp.
My guess is that because there are only 4 players at our table that we are deep in the tournament at the final table and the pay increase is very large. While I don't think it would be awful to jam here the problem is that we don't have a lot of fold equity and if BTN is messing with us with 77+ we basically are behind. I guess I would want to know the other stack sizes before I made a decision. Also if BTN has been limping a lot or its the first time.
Hand 2: Pre flop I would be min raising with under 40 blinds. Effective stack sizes here matters too (how big is BB stack?) It is possible that BB doesn't realize your stack size because his sizing is normal. But if he does know then it is strange that he didn't jam. Its like he wants you to call. I would jam any hand that I wanted to continue with here unless we are at a point like in hand 1 where we can make a lot more by folding.
Hand 3: I would be folding.
