KQo while still alive (kinda)

Yeah, ICM matters, and knowing he’s unlikely to fold gives you the option to wait but with 5.5bb, jamming KQo isn’t a mistake either.

I feel like it can't be that big a mistake as short as you are, but in part I think the correct answer depends on the villain here. Is he minraising his entire range, or does he have a GTO-type strategy of shoving good-equity hands that don't want to get it in, and raising a polar range of best hands and some bluffs?

If he's minraising his entire range, I feel better about getting it in, because you're going to see more hands you dominate. But if it's a polar range, then it's probably not a great spot, because he should be jamming the KJs-K9s / QJs-QTs type hands you dominate, and his minraises will be big pairs and maybe AKs, plus some bluffs which are likely to be mediocre offsuit Ax (which are still ahead of you).

I dunno, in a $1, I think this kind of observational detail on your opponent is more important than a GTO range. But like I said, getting it in can't be too much of a mistake unless villain is only minraising like JJ+/AKs here.

Yep I bumped into KK, my monster sensor failed. BUT… in most cases when I jam KQ like that, I’m ahead, because of the raiser being on CO. I’d fold if earlier. I haven’t seen him play yet, we were just rearranged. Cooler I guess, ICM bad tho, maybe earlier in the tournament, not here
