How to read blue and red line in tournaments
How can I read my blue and red lines for my tournament winnings stat? Does it give any useful information at all?

I dunno that there is from a graph based in tournaments. I guess it would be clearer how you're doing with a hand graph in BB/100, but not necessarily.
I don't think it matters too much as long as you're winning. Tournament play is so situational and specific that things like BB won don't necessarily paint a complete picture of your game. (You could have a great BB/100 and be a losing player if you're really good with deep stacks but make major ICM mistakes on short / medium stacks.) But that said, even that information would be clearer with a hand graphic than a tournament graphic. (I also find that PT4 doesn't really capture tournament winnings very well, but I'm going to assume yours is accurate since you didn't say otherwise, and this is an accurate reflection of your profits.)
It is interesting that your blue and red lines are so close together-- usually the blue line is the one climbing and the red one is declining, because tournaments have so many all-in confrontations. That could also just be a function of the graph being in tournament winnings and not hands.
I don't think the red and blue lines are relevant on a tournament graph plotting dollars won vs. number of tournaments played. They relate to chips won with and without showdown and would be relevant if the X and Y axis were $ won and number of hands played as a cash game graph would typically show. You have a solid ROI of over 60% though! Keep up the good work.
