FT re-shoving range question

Five players remaining in a daily tournament in a local casino. Only three were to be paid but it's late and the blinds are very high so a deal was struck to pay 4th and 5th back their entry fees.

That means payouts are as follows:

UTG opens for 3bb

He's been, by far, the most aggressive player both in the tournament and at the FT. He did have a have a monster stack but has lost a lot from having to fold to re-shoves and also doubling up smaller stacks after being priced in to calling off their shoves with weaker hands. Hero has successfully re-shoved on him twice in the last 4 or five orbits, but both from SB vs BTN. Him opening to 3bb isn't particularly significant as he and a few of the other players have been doing this.

What should hero's re-shoving range be in this spot?
