Survivor: GENERAL THREAD
I wanted to post something Survivor related but realized there's no general thread about Survivor. Each thread is about a particular season or votes for hottest, best, etc.
Given that who knows when/if the show will come back, here's a general thread to post all things Survivor.
I won't ruin the OP with my content post, so it will come next.
Enjoy and come on in guys!

A few rumours going round twitter tooday in regards to Survivor 50 which have apparently originated from Redmond (who has reliably leaked casts for years)
1) Nobody who has been on other shows will be on 50 - so would theortically rule out, Boston Rob, Tony, Hatch, Fairplay, Parvati, Sandra, Carolyn, Jeremy, Jay, Michelle, Cirie, Stephanie Lagrossa, Cassidy, Sarah Lacina, Danny, Tasha, Desi, Ben, Michaela, Shan, Chanelle, Chris Underwood and...Seabass
2) No winners- would notably rule out Yam yam, Dee and Maryanne
3) Nobody from season 44 has been called
4) Lots of pre mergers have been called
Seeing Sierra’s butthurt face every tribal is just glorious
Lmao Andy
Feels like we've gone from potentially having 4-5 viable winners to Rachel being a massive favourite after the last two weeks. She's had a great two weeks, especially tonight, and she still seems to have plenty people who will go before her with her positioning right now.
We don't need to see anyone on that list again desperately so I'm cool if that's the case. Kind of surprised they've called so many pre mergers and does make me wonder if it's going to be some sort of Second Chance 2.0 season with a mix of pre and post merge players.
Andy was right about the challenge beast not being that big a threat. Of course, no one listened to him because he's Andy
haha exactly
was a trip hearing him going off about variance and game theory **** though
yeah they're beating us over the head with her edit and I'm okay with it
she has an idol, a block a vote, and is part of 2 key threesomes in a 5 person majority
She's a good winner
-Using a sample size of 4 where he played 'the field' and won two
-Completely ignoring the other times he still won against 5/6 opponents
-Disregarding the fact the challenges are different & the relative strength of the field changes each challenge with other people going
-Disregards the fact he could be safe without winning an immunity (idol, fire making etc)
=6.25% of winning out to the final three. You love to see it
What a great episode for Rachel. Hoping she pulls through so we get a great winner.
Shocked if winner isn't Genevieve, Rachel, Teeny or Caroline.
Maybe in a Teeny/Caroline-Sue-Andy finale does Sue have some equity.
I don’t know why everyone touts Teeny. Maybe it’s her monotonous voice but she hasnt popped for me at all. Is she up there in confessionals?
In “reality”, the 5 underdog alliance is great for her. But on the edited show I cant recall one thing she’s done except cry for Sol and cry about being trans
The 6.25% more or less makes sense if you accept his variables:
Kyle has 50% chance of winning each immunity
There are four remaining challenges.
Tbh I though Caroline was more embarassing for not understanding what he was saying if she has a business degree as she claimed.
