Yeah Stars support sucks now and so does the site in general. I tried to deposit/receive money to play there a few months back to play the anniversary Sunday Million and ran into issues. They informed me that my ID on file had expired (months ago) and that I would have to update it to deposit or receive funds. I sent them a picture of my passport right away and said that I would like it to be expedited so that I could play the MTT starting within 24 hours... they ended up taking two weeks to verify my account at which point the MTT was long gone and so was the reason for wanting to play there again.

this, I am going through this rite now. if I don't get my username back ima end pokerstars and buy the company. gofundme coming soon. I'll go through support first though, imagine if I wanted to start grinding in '25 and tried to log in 01/01/25 and had to wait 2 weeks.

back in the day the games were good->great and the rakeback was superb and the overlays and the best software and the best support. then they got sold.
yeah that's me. don't live near a city so don't get to play much live these days, but do sometimes
£450 for monthly travel card into ldn, used to be £250 in 2016. I nearly fell over when the ticket dude told me, no way with travel and food I cud justify playing in the city often
