PLO5 3b pot KJT76
Turn is awkward for my hand since I have almost direct odds to hit my straight but being OOP and having no spade sucks so I went for, what I think is, a tight fold.
I was thinking of betting the turn but 3b ranges are so A heavy in this game that my guess is we need to check our whole range.
Thoughts?

Think you played it well - has a lot of AA/AQ checking this flop, some backdoor flush draws that might of hit the turn.
On the flop: Hero can make a case to cbet, since xc isn't super attractive vs any sizing, Hero can turn additional equity and also has the 6 blocker to rep a straight, hero can rep all good 1p combos and flop doesn't smash btn calling range, this hand can be a good triple barrel candidate imo
On the turn: giving up seems ok with not even a single spade and few nut outs, we could still make a case to turn Hero hand into a double barrel bluff on blanker runouts with range advantage from pre, but its a bit optimistic for what should only be a mild +ev win at best, and hero can still bluff some rivers if turn checks through again.. but this is the type of tactic i would only consider as a low-frequency play

Hero opened and called 3bet from button.
Hand looks wp. Pre-flop and flop seems standard, and we don't have enough interaction with the turn card to do anything
