HERO wins: $1.11
Flopped bottom set on a pretty wet board, with two limpers. I am in the big blind, SB checks, I lead out for pot, UTG folds, button calls, SB folds. Turn is a 6c that completes the flush, I check and am ready to fold, button checks behind. Ac on river, again I check and prepare to fold, button checks behind. I win the pot, but I'm wondering if I should just be checking the flop.

It's asking for trouble at such a high SPR. You could maybe bet IP with the right opponents, but you can't really fire three barrels here unless you hit quads or running QQ/JJ/33/22 and even those could get you in trouble.
You're obliged to check more than a third of turns and even if the turn and river are blanks HU your opponent will often turn over the 2nd nuts or a higher set when you bet and will be unlikely to call much with worse. Plus when you get multiple callers on the flop then value on the turn and river is non-existent, again unless you hit quads etc.
