As an exploit, i'd go for 55% OTT, and 85% OTR, vs the right opponents. 35% turn might be gto, but to a fish it looks like you want to set up a cheaper river bluff, i guess.
Though, many players nowadays hate to fold any flopped flush, if a fourth card of the suit hits the turn, and the river bricks (doesnt pair the board), especially heads up.
I wouldn't try to get someone to fold a flush HU like this, and your sizings don't really line up for repping the nuts.

Thanks for your reply. My friend said OTT we go half or 3/4 which seems not right imo because equities can change so much otr when the board pairs.
I am coming from a Holdem background so river seems good but would love to hear different
we can't bluff all our Ad on the river in theory
