5/10 PLO SB vs BB rivered flush
Villain I have marked as average. Not great, but not clueless. We don't have any crazy history. But they are either a marginal winner or marginal loser in the game.
We are 100BB Deep
Preflop: Hero has J♦ T♦ 9♣ 6♣ in Sb
Folds to hero, we open to 3BB, Villain calls in BB
Flop: 8♣ 7♦ 4♠
Hero bets 4.5BB, villain calls
Turn: 3♦
Hero bets 15BB, Villain calls
River: 8♦
Hero checks, Villain bets 45BB (Pot), hero?
Is this river a bet fold or a check call or a check/decide based on bet sizing?
I'm a bit lost in this spot.

I think the river is definitely a check - we block all of his draws so more than likely he has some kind of value hand. I think we can eliminate 56 here - he has all the FH's, and I think when he calls the turn the bottom part of his range might be an overpair with flush draw or something to that extent. I also think on the river he has very little bluffs - maybe bare JT9 but of course we block it and maybe he'd raise the flop. I'd x/f this one.
Flop could be checked, Turn could be checked.
River is most definitely a check and now it's a fold.
You're making your life difficult against decent players by strengthening their continuation range OOP by betting on a board where you have range disadvantage at least when it comes to very nutty hands.
Flop makes a nice check raise on board that’s better for his range than yours. As played im check folding river with no boat blocker.
