Get it in, at SPR 1 this is probably standard. You are sometimes ahead, and except against the 2 straights (which you both block), you have enough equity (i.e. more than 33%).
I mean you surely have the equity esp with the straight draw - just jam it. Most of the time when you 4b AA pre with 100 bb effective stacks you're going to GII on like 95% of flops. I would play around with PPT and see how your equity is on different textures

The reason I posted this one--flop jam seems fine--is because I wasn't sure if this was one of those boards that hits villain's range so much that we get to CRAI.
