A lot of things can be said about unbalanced PLO10 players, but never try this against decent opponents. C betting the flop is fine - smaller might be better, but once your pot sized bet gets called, he has something. On the turn you have not improved at all and he still has that something which he had on the flop + maybe something else picked up on the turn.
So potting turn puts you in a really bad spot.
At PLO10, if you have a read that this is a maniac playing any 4 cards, then fine.
Turn shove seems mandatory. We sometimes have the best hand and usually have the best draw.
Perfectly played hand except you should just go full pot rather than give anyone a chance to save a couple of BBs. Might be the exceptionally rare case here that there are no possible reads on any of the players in the hand that would induce me to play the hand differently - that's how much of a slam dunk this play is.
