Call. Fairly clear for me. Worst case scenario is that it goes multiway and a straight card comes off on the turn but even then if your set outs aren't live at least your flush draw (mostly) is. The value of keeping others in the hand here with your smashing equity is so high, and the frequency of one of the checkers piling it in vs your call but folding vs your iso is high enough and your visibility high enough on most turns - & position - call every day.
Other worst case scenario I suppose is they have like 4567 and would have got it in on the flop but the flush fills the turn and they give up but I don't think that happens frequently enough to be of huge concern.
