most rainbow aces are aswell but depending on the sim/stake/rake could be a flat to cover our butt when bb sqz we can backraise and have some AAxx in our range.

100 bb or less - yes. 200 bb probably not.

correct for 98% of your range. only the super bottom portion might be but you cant really put it into practice as its not feasible.
