No reads on villain. Feels like he hit a twoouter.
Do people find enough blocker plays to make this a call or is is just straight flush always?

I hope you're trolling!
If he has the straight flush, why would he play it so fast? He has to put you on exactly the king high flush and be worried about losing action on 10 outs. This is a misclick nearly as often as you're beat. People play bad, and I'm expecting to see a hand like JT98 with the T of clubs or something. But at these stakes they're just as likely to make this play without the T of clubs. Call and be prepared to laugh the ~1/20 times he has you beat.
I've been playing poker for a living for ~20 years and one lesson I've learnt many times is that a feeling is not enough to base any decisions on (exceptions within live play).
You should never fold here.
You would need some extreme reads to fold here.
With no reads on villain, this is a snap call, especially at PLO25. Villain could be completely new PLO player who thinks that any flush is the nuts like in holdem, or could even be overplaying a set and figuring with 4 clubs on the board, you're less likely to actually have a flush or whatever nonsense fish logic is running through his brain.
So funny enough, right after I posted my reply, I got into a similar hand. I'll skip the whole hand history, but in short it's a 3 bet pot, hero has AhKh on a 9h7h5h board, so I have nut flush but straight flush is possible. I bet, villain raises. My read is that villain is a bit fishy, but nothing insane. I figure it's far more likely he's raising a lower flush than it is that he has the straight flush, even though I also block a king-high flush. I shove, and villain shows QQ92 with no hearts, stacking off with a naked overpair and a whopping 3% equity. Moral of the story: fish do all sorts of stuff that makes no sense. Don't worry about monsters under the bed.
Huh? What? Umm, no.
