Just the Nut Blocker v. Fish's Min-Raise
Live 5-5
BTN [Villain] Fish straddles 10
SB Fish calls 10
BB Fish calls 10 (1k stack)
HJ [Hero] raises to 50 with Ac Ks 6c 6d (1246 stack)
CO folds
BTN calls 50 (5k stack)
SB folds
BB calls 50
Hero's image is pro/solid. Although I haven't been playing poorly (so far), I'm visibly frustrated this session.
Villain is kind of a big fish. But he's also kind of a nit; he makes some unorthodox folds on the river.
Pot 160
Flop As 9s 7s
BB checks
Hero bets 100
BTN raises to 200
BB folds
Hero thinks about raising but calls
Pot 560
Turn 5d
Hero bets 225
BTN calls
Pot 1010
River 3d
Hero shoves for 771
Is this line suicide?

I'm usually just giving up flop, thinking you'll get them later if they play non-nut flushes like this... Also I'd bet the flop smaller, giving you more leverage on later streets ...
Some fish are just never folding when they've come this far to the river, so it's really dependent on whether you think he's the type to just sigh and flick it in
Being visibly frustrated and repping top set that failed to boat up versus a big fish is probably close to suicide, yeah, even if he does make unorthodox folds. His flop raise has made your life exceptionally easy. He likes his hand and is trying to get value from top set.
Is it correct to just check-fold the flop? I only bet the nut Ks blocker because I also have one A.
I think it's still a good c-bet. I would just go smaller as a standard on monotone flops like this.
