Study HU PLO

Hi guys, I want to start studying HU PLO. I saw that Phil Galfond has a ton of videos/Courses on RIO. I would also like to know if you recommend any tools like a solver, the same one from RIO or another. I'm not sure if it's worth buying MonkerSolver or if there is already an online version available.
