I like 33% on every street for value
Would definitely bet the turn
There are bet sizes in live poker that are very natural and don't draw attention. If, for example, you bet in percentages of 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, 3/4 or pot, then it seems normal. Another thing that looks natural is betting in all of one chip denominations, like betting only green $25 chips.
On the flop, the pot size was $195 therefore you could bet $65 to make a normal looking 1/3 pot size bet, however sizing up here to $75 and throwing out three $25 chips is perfectly fine and looks less deliberate than the $65 bet that would be a two $25 and three $5 chips. The three $25 chips looks more carefree.
Now on the turn comes my attempt to follow my first commandment of poker, "over the course of a session, people will try to give you their money, therefore at least consider bet sizes that can get you their whole stack." On the turn the pot is $345 and the effective stacks left are $845. That is an SPR of about 2.45 if you want to bet enough to at least have an attempt to get your opponents whole stack by the river with you doing all the betting then you have to bet $175 (about 50% of pot) on the turn to create an SPR of 1 on the river. It is plain and simple. If you bet less than 50% pot on the turn (or don't bet at all) then you are not positioning yourself to win your opponents whole stack. If anyone below feels that betting 50% on the turn here is too big a bet, then I'm fine with that, but I'm following the first commandment whenever reasonably possible. So on the turn I would casually throw out seven $25 chips in this $345 pot and hope to get a call or raised.
The river is now an SPR of 1 you can bet or check, I don't care, this ends up being about how many aces are in the villains preflop isolation raising range which would be another post I might write later.
Good spot to checkback vs a lag sometimes and hope he bets for us. Something like half pot on river looks good as played.
