PLO 6 max, questionable fold

Hero holds AsQdTs2d on BB 100 BB deep

The villain HJ (seems to know what he/she is doing) opens, SB (very fishy character) and hero call

(pot 11,5BB) Flop KdJd7s
SB and Hero check, HJ bets 50%
SB and Hero call

(pot 29BB) Turn 9s
SB checks, Hero bets 30% (that was probably a mistake or at least a questionable move, but I really thought that one of the villains would come on top)
Villain and SB call

(pot 56BB) River 3d
SB checks and Hero checks behind, because I was rather sure that the Villain had a flush draw and I wanted to see the bet sizing on then river.

HJ bets 45BB, SB folds, Hero ???

I'd 3bet pre always with a fishy caller. I'd c/r flop always to that sizing. I think turn is between a check and pot, other sizings don't make much sense. River call and expect to lose more often than not.

I'm new to plo, take thia with grain of salt.

We have st8 wrap and 2nd nfd, flop is easiest check/raise pot.

Turn we have the nuts with lots of redraw why are we betting so small. Pot and get the money in good.

River is easy bet fold.
As played snap call.

This is a total mess, I'm afraid. 3b pre 100% of the time. As played, raise the flop 100% of the time. OTT there's billions of fds and boats and enough higher straights available that you need to pot it. And otr with two guys checking ahead of him, the HJ can conceivably value-bet worse hands than yours, and has a significant bluff range too, likely betting almost all of the time with a blocker.

3b pre

Can lead flop or XR EV should be fairy similar and shouldn’t matter which you do

Jam turn

As played we are calling off river.

Thank you for the feedback everyone. Next time I know what to do 😀

I was afraid to raise pot on flop, because I would not know what to do when a diamond drops on the turn Oo and yes ... I should have called the river bet I guess.
