Flop Top 2 Sets

Live 1-2 5Card PLO with $5 bring in, usually an UTG straddle, not mandatory

New to the table, only know 1 player, 2nd orbit, bought in for 1K & doubled up on second hand I played with top set vs bottom set against what seemed like a pretty weak player (V3) to my left. Seat 8 (V1) is a rich maniac looking for a bigger game (none going atm), so he is blind raising or 3 bet every single hand pre. Seat 7 (V2) has bought in for min $200 three times already and when he wants to get it in pre, he raises, knowing maniac will 3b blind, and he can shove. V1 has just called a 3b a few times and only 4b once though.

Hero ($2000), V1 covers ($2500), V2 ($250), V3 ($800)

Hero in CO dealt KKTT3 ddssh.

Pre: V2 $5 straddle, V1 (utg) makes it $20, folded to Hero, Hero $70. V3 (btn) calls, V2 and V1 both call.

Flop ($285): Kc 10c 8h

V2 and V1 check. Hero?

We are obviously very deep compared to the blinds against V1, V2 is very short, and V3 is still pretty deep. V3 called off entire stack with bottom set when it was painfully obvious I had a higher set, so he is not afraid to put money in and V1 is gambling it up looking for big pots on a very draw heavy board where I drill 2 sets, block some of my full house cards, and block no other draws at all.

Im not sure this is a 3b but maybe it is. I think the 3 makes it not one though.

Exploitatively tho you can prolly 3b all KK in live poker as you are rarely ever 4b unless they have strictly AA

Flop I like a 2/3 - pot size bet. Anywhere in there is fine. 2/3 or 3/4 is prolly theory but we can exploitatively size up here.

Hero bets $200, all three call (V2 is all in for $180).

Turn ($1065): 6s (KcTc8h6s)

V1 checks. Hero?
