PLO10 pre and post -standard?

Mostly beginner at PLO, posted a few hands awhile back. Read jnandez's book a couple times and struggling to apply his style as my raises to limit the field with better HU hands are not working. My weaker AA hands always seem multiway and my SPRs get low enough to stack off but my wins are few. Standard stack off here?

Fairly bad flop but with an SPR <1 and backdoor diamonds, getting it in is fine. Low-stakes games where no one folds are just going to be variance-fests.

Good example of something that happens often enough at low stakes. When MP cc pre you want to size your raise so that his shove can reopen action. Here raising half his stack does fine but you can get more exact about it. As played shrug fine.
