QQ887
1-2-5 PLO. V in mp seems straightforward, probably not trapping much multi way.
Hero in bb with QQ887ds no hearts
Pre: utg opens 15, 4 callers including V in mp, hero calls. 6 ways
Flop (90) : QT8r bdfd
Checks around
Turn (90) : 2hh
Hero utg check, mp bets 50, folds to hero who raises to 240, mp calls with 300 back
River (570) : 7x
Hero..

Tempted to bet the flop as our blockers make TT more likely and we like having 679 fold and charging AKJ to play.
And it's harder to improve so we benefit from everyone folding.
Not betting flop. No relevant straight blockers and we block our own outs.
Unsure why we are raising turn? In theory there should be some naked straights who now picked up a FD that can just pile on us.
In practice almost no one checks the nuts without backup on the flop to protect their range, however they do it in order to check raise. I guess the raise on your part would be to exploit the fact heβs got no straights in his checking range?
Are you actually uncapped here with naked straights also given this line of check check on your part?
Iβd like this play more if you had hearts as you could be effectively flipping vs a naked straight and if he folds any equity itβs a print.
As played you can choose either way. Check seems standard as the FD missed and you give him a chance to value own/bluff, especially since you have no hearts which weights him more towards a missed FD. Jamming just seems like you only get called by better but the SPR is so low he may just call any sets and 2p at the price. Problem is you heavily block them and thereβs no real relevant 2p outside QT
If we’re gonna cr this turn not sure how on this river we do anything other than cc or block 20-25% and call a raise. We certainly can’t VB and target TT only beyond a block bet
Exploiting villain for never checking straights and not using full pot which was his sizing with nuts.
I did check in game because I thought he was very hearts heavy and I block some of the hands that can call.
