I wouldn't say "easy 4b" or "4b every time" but if you have a healthy bankroll and handle variance well it's fine. We're 140 and 280bb deep with 2 hands that are likely not super strong but if they wake up with something really strong that slowplayed bc they're deep and oop then it's not great for us. DS would def be a much easier spot to 4b

Call is fine, imo. Hero has plenty of better 4! candidates and doesn't really mind multi-way action.

Yeah I'd say call on this one. Maybe a little bit too weak to just be 4 betting.
want to be 4 betting with your AKQJ double suited etc if you're going to be picking some candidates for 4 betting
Getting it heads up with dead money versus a wide range and with a good hand has chunks of value and as long as you're rolled for the variance is going to yield you immediate profit as well as make people find you harder to play against in general.
