I would include hitting a jack as another one of your mediocre outs. Given your very short stack relative to the pot I would get it in.
I don't like the raise pre flop. Change the four to a Broadway (not including the jack) and it's a good raise. The cutoff is the position I'm most aggressive since raising or reraising will often reward you with the best position post flop. But AJJ4 double suited is a speculative hand since the pair of jacks in PLO is at best a set mining pair (unlike holdem - you mentioned coming from that game).
I'm curious is the rock mandatory? My games don't play with a classic rock straddle and if it's always there this game seems to have players with very small stacks.

I think players' four bets in GG Z5 are haveaily towards to AA, and the range of SB cold call 3B are very strong(maybe two pair ds or rundown ds) ,so I really dont know the best way to play this AA， and I called at that time。I plan to allin in flop if I pick up a board pair or a gunshot or flush draw
