How'd I play this hand?
I think flop check is very standard. Betting would be better if I had Ad.
When villain x/b flop, I think he lacks FDs and JT (he's going to stab often with obvious draws). Given that villain lacks nuts, should I lead turn for half pot? I played passively because he definitely has QQ in his range.
I check-called turn, but should I just fold to the PSB?
On the river, he's pretty much just repping QQ/ Q9. Should I call off given pot odds? I folded simply because I tend to fold most rivers with bluff catchers, but I'm not sure how I feel about this one.

Not sure turn call is +EV. If you call turn you have to call this river imo.

Turn chk call is not standard and dubious at best. I'd fold turn
Also you forget he can have QQ and Q9 OTT
As well as a lot of chk back TJ** comboes
If you want to call the turn, then it is better not to do it with all AA, I would call with blockers on the straight and 2 pairs, for example AAT, AAJ, AAQ, AA9.
