Block Bet River?
On the river, I don't expect villain to ever value bet worse, or bluff that often. Looking back, I think I should have bet really small (around 15bb) targeting weaker flushes/ 5xxx, then folding to any raise?

You have a good bluff catcher, so bluff catch.
You can block bet to induce and call bluff raises
You can chk to bluff catch, representing AA no spade
You can't really chk fold
You can block bet/fold if you expect him to call with all weaker flushes or some 5* and only raise boats
You have a lot of options

Conventional wisdom is that you'll get better responses here cutting off the action at the point of your question.
I like KC. What do you think better bluff catchers look like?
What hands does he call for 15bb but folds for 18bb?
At these limits I would always bet half the pot for value and fold to an all-in.
