5-6 limpers
Hero in blinds pick up qq9j double suited, KJ97 double suited, we open to 30, all call.
Flop irrelevant we check/fold.
It feels like I'm leaking money in this specific spot, oop multiway with decent hand.
It feels maybe it's better off to just call in the blinds instead of opening with decent hands unless top of range?
What's should our opening range be in blinds facing multiple limpers?

In such situation you should raise with very tight range. Point is you are in bad position and very likely you will get at least 2-3 people calling. I would say we want to raise less than 10% of hands. From those two hands I don't mind raising QQJ9ds but the other one is bit too disconnected for my taste.
QQJ9ds is pretty strong but I can see sometimes limping it in certain game conditions. KJ97 I’m never raising oop.
Agree with OD. Based on a lot of your recent posts, you seem to open a bit too wide in mid to early position. Tightening up some OOP and open a little wider in LP against this player pool should help. I play almost exclusively live in the same games you play in. There are some good players, but the overall live 1/2-2/2 PLO player pool is pretty bad. Exploit them!
Concur with others. too weak to raise OOP here. Keep it to your AA and big double suited 0 and 1 gappers.
Qqj9ds is a fine hand to raise over limpers.
Kj97ds is a pretty hand but not quite strong enough to raise over limpers.
