By the time, we get to the river, we are always beat? But pot is already so huge already, we can't check/fold right???

You're probably not good, but villain can still have some hands that you beat, like wraps with a T and clubs. You don't have many low cards in your range, so villain shouldn't be worried about the straight on the turn--he should probably be getting it in with his sets by that point, so I think you can actually discount those hands a bit.
You're never folding, but c/c might be better depending on villain's tendencies. If he's going to check back a hand with very marginal showdown value like QJT9, you need to bet. If he turns that hand into a bluff, c/c. But with board pairing and so little behind, I think most thinking villains just give up here, so betting probably best.
I don’t think we should be potting turn. We have a big hand and want to keep in the weak portions of his range. We’re gonna get it in vs sets and straights anyways, might as well bet smaller and keep in some weak 2p+gutter type hands.
Smaller on flop and turn, as played river is a pretty inconsequential jam
