Isn't it well known that GG rake is pretty much unbeatable except by pretty much the top players in this field? Why not just find a new site if you're trying to actually beat the games? If you've figured out you can be a rakeback grinder for some small amount and you actually enjoy it then that's different but I assume this post wouldn't exist if that was the case

Being a -2bb/100 loser in that pool is still about ~120$/hrs with relatively small variance. Games are pretty hit and miss and you have quite a bit of downtime if you try to table select 2/5+. Also the regs are tougher.

Not sure what the question is then. If you KNOW you can make $120/hr and are able to get a decent number of hours in per week then the game is very beatable after RB/bonuses. Esp if it's gonna make you a tougher player. Maybe get on another site and also see about grinding some softer higher stakes games and give yourself the ability to shift your focus if you can make more there or if that format of poker gets even tougher or some of the RB gets cut etc...
I'm asking here because I don't know anyone playing the rush and cash games and there is no data mining of these games so I don't know what the best players are beating it for if at all. Obviously if the best players are beating R&C for 1bb/100 pre rakeback I'm leaving 3bb/100 on the table and need to improve.
Well I think if you haven't already passed 1/2 RnC up by now and aren't playing 10/20 and 25/50 regularly, it's pretty safe to assume you have a good amount of room to improve. If you honestly think you're one of or the biggest winning reg in the RnC 200plo pool then build your BR and move up. The great thing about poker is over a big enough sample you're getting some very honest feedback about where you stand and if you aren't playing bigger than 200plo then you clearly have room to improve
