Bomb pot, second nuts spot

Not sure about this spot, so I wanted to post it and see how people play it. Bomb pot on ACR, where every player puts in 5BB. We are 5 handed

Hero 170BB
Villain 350BB
other players between 35 - 150BB
Hero has Ad Th 8h 9c in SB (but first to act in bomb pot)
Villain is BB (next to act)

Flop: Qh Jd 9d (24.25BB)
Hero checks, Villain bets 8.25BB, 3 folds, hero calls

Turn: 5s (40.75BB)
Hero checks, Villain bet 33BB, hero?

Is this a spot that we just have to call it off? I am not sure of some of these spots. Our only read on the villain is that they are opening a bit wide preflop, but no other reads. They haven't done anything crazy.
