SB is straddling every hand and 3betting kind of light(but is not a total maniac) if there are calls behind him so my plan was to 4bet him if he does. UTG and BTN are both solid players.

So is this insta shove, because SPR is so low already and I am up against 3 players or am I giving up here? Against 2 players it obviously is, but against 3? There are flush draws and straight draws that hit the board pretty well and are coming along anyways, but is the possibility of someone hitting a 9 too big here?
