why do you 4b
When you choose to 4bet this in this stack sizes I think no other option now.
Maybe villiand will fold he's middling pairs , if you think he's never folding maybe better to take a free card that will give you some equity .
Stick it in and hope
Might as well stick it in and rep AA
All in
I get a decent amount of folds here
Hero shoved into KK76ds with one of his suits covered. Hero did not win.
Considering most players aren’t balancing 4b, should he be folding pre?
I suppose we 4b bc V has other hands than AA in his 3bets.
V shouldn't have AAxx and should have either AKKx/AQQx or a good drawing hand like AJT9
Vilain shouldn't hit this low board
I am ok with push if we can make folding something like AQQ. The other hands, we have huge equity
Yeh I don't think the 4b is good here really under any circumstances - we also have a hand that we don't mind going multiway with.
Feel like the main argument for checking back is if we feel that our range dominates villain's on a decent # of turn cards, which increases the chance that we will get action as opposed to villain just folding to our flop cbet.
Given that villain 3bet and is less likely to have big pocket pairs because of our holdings blocker effects, their range is weighted towards middling double suited wraps.
If this is true, we very well may dominate them if a K, Q, T or flush card comes ott.
Our hand seems almost too strong to just bet in the hopes our opponent folds. What is the worst hand you cold 4bet...maybe we have some better (weaker) hands with which to bet on this board?
